Amazon.com Help? 10 points?
I was browsing through amazon and wondered: can people lie about the condition of a used product? Like fore example the product is broken but they say it is used- like new. Are they allowed to do that? Is it legal?

Thanks

It's not illegal, and yes, they can lie. But then people will write that in the comments when they rate the product. That's why you are suppose to look at the company's overall satisfaction percentage. And if something is actually broken, you can send it back to Amazon and get a refund.
