How can I allow friends to comment on my photos on facebook?

I am trying to find the option to allow friends to be able to comment on my photos on facebook but I can't find it. It used to under privacy setting,customize setting, things others share. but I can't find those options under privacy setting at all. help please

1.click on account on the top
2. privacy settings
3. where it says connecting to facebook click there and you'll find your way through xx
