There no longer appears to be a way to contact Yahoo mail directly unless you have a login issue. Terrible?

Why has yahoo made it impossible to ask questions directly? Search function is no longer working on my yahoo. I can't manually search through years worth of emails to find something I'm looking for. This has to be fixed!

Very Basic way to Read, Search, Reply and Compose your Emails etc http://m.yahoo.com/p/mail

Double click on Message to read Email Message, Double Click on INBOX logo to see Folders etc. Double Click on Pencil in Top Right hand corner to Compose Message.

Only have email option for you, To Contact Yahoo by Email, this can be done by clicking on HELP at the Bottom Right Hand side of the Yahoo Home Page under Horoscopes.

Click on whatever Subject is best for you for more information, you can also Click on the Arrows for more options, or Type your Problem in the Search Help box.

For more Help and advice you can also Go to the Right hand side of page and click on CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE.

Click on Select a Product,click mobile or yahoo mail
then select a Category or Version, page will reload for you to click on Sub Category.

Make sure you fill in Brief Details of what has Happened, click Enter.

Depending on the Category you select and the Sub Category you also select you may see at the Bottom of the Page for more help Click on EMAIL A SUPPORT AGENT. You may have to Click on Different Ones and Try Variations.

Or else there will be information there on the page to help with your problem.
