Can't connect to internet?
I have reset my modem and router in so many different ways, and it always ends up with a couple of red lights on my modem (some lights aren't on) and my router flashing red, when all lights should be entirely green. Whenever I contact my service provider it sends me from the website to customer service, then from customer service to the website in an infinite loop. So I have to ask this question while using up data on my phone.

To me without know what brand of router or modem you are using, it sounds like the router has died. Red lights normally mean there is an error of some kind. Since you are dealing with a possible router error, you can plug the modem right into your pc and see if you are able to connect. If you can then the router is shot, if you can not connect then the modem may be shot.
