What are some cool fundraising ideas for kids?
My daughter is 10 and wants to raise money for young epilepsy! But can't decide on what to do. I suggested a day's silence but didn't go down to well. So could you nice people come up with some ideas please. Don't forget she is only 10 and we want something which won't cost anything to us. Many thanks

The epilepsy foundation will have ideas.
You can contact them and help them with their fundraising.

A day of silence? At her school?

You could sell products using catalog sales.

One possibility is selling Rada Cutlery - 100% Made in the USA kitchen items. You work directly with the factory and will earn 40% profit for you to use towards you cause. Your supporters will appreciate buying useful items at great prices.

These kitchen items (kitchen knives, utensils, gift sets as well as stoneware, quick mixes, soy wax candles and recipe books) are great for teachers, friends, families, and neighbors.

Also, face to face sales is often the best because no one wants to say no to young people who have a good cause - like new toys!.

You can find more information at http://www.radacutlery.com/fundraising.

I hope this helps and good luck!

FYI - Rada Mfg. Co. has been helping groups fundraise since 1948 and last year helped over 19,000 schools, churches, clubs, and youth groups raise money.
