I bet this girl on my college tour that I thought was cute, got her name, and she said she was friends with one of my friends. I went on Twitter and found her on my friends follower list and followed her and then told her it was cool meeting her. Is that creepy?

It would be creepy if you start staring at her when you see her next time.... just act normal, you may even shake hands or say a polite hi or something.... don't push yourself back while you see her.... face her with confidence... Good Luck!!
