Why was Pelosi for calling obamacare, obamacare but now insists it is called the Affordable Care Act?

Why was she for it before she was against it?

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi corrected a reporter Thursday who called Democrats’ health care law “Obamacare.”
“First of all, it’s called the ‘Affordable Care Act,’ ” the California Democrat said after a reporter asked about House GOP efforts to try to tweak the law.

When she thought obamacare was a great ting then she called it obamacare. Now even though she won't admit it is a failure, she wants everyone to call it the ACA. I found it funny that she also said she would have changed a few things about obamacare. That alone tells us she is no longer thrilled. No matter what anyone calls it the term obamacare will last forever as a reminder to who's fault it was. Also calling it the affordable care act is a joke when it certainly is NOT affordable.

They know the Senate is most likely a loss. They're scrambling now to try to save the presidency for 2016.

Democrats are falling all over themselves getting as far from Obama Care as they can to save their behinds. Calling it the Affordable Care Act is supposed to remove Obama's name from that piece of legislation. It won't work, because Obama Care is anything but affordable. For those who claim it saves them money, it's because the Government will need many billions to subsidize them.

It was always the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. I dont know who created the name "obamacare". At first it came across as insulting but now everyone uses that name so Pelosi probably decided it would help Pres Obama's legacy in a few years to have something named after him.
