What things can I buy now and put away for decades that will fetch allot of money ?

I notice designer hand made crockery certain makes fetch a lot with time but these are pricey to start with , probably for that reason,

Anyone have any decent suggestions on stuff that is cheap now that can be sourced to make a mint with ?
