sending a picture dm on twitter?

So i found out that a couple of days ago, the new twitter update let people direct message people pictures. I dont have a smartphone, so i have to get on twitter on my laptop. When i got on, i couldnt find a way to dm a picture! I checked the help section, and it mentioned that app users could dm pictures, but it didnt mention the topic at all for computer users.
Is it not possible to direct message people a picture on a computer?
Is it coming soon?
Is there a cheat or trick to be able to do it?
Im really desperate to be able to dm pictures. anything is helpful. thank you!

that feature is only available on the mobile twitter update. so if you don't have an android/iphone then you can't use it unfortunately. i have a blackberry and i'm pretty upset because i can't get the feature and it's not on the computer.
