how to download a specific file from an .iso file?

ok.......
i have a 3.71gb the elders scrolls 5th skyrim repack but it's setup.exe file has been corrupted.....
when i looked up the internet, i found the setup in the form of an .iso
the repack's name is' The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim [RePack by Arow & Malossi].iso'
but i don't need the entire .iso .just the setup.exe which is probably just a few MBs .
i couldn't download the full .iso file even if i wanted to . my modem is very very very very slow
i get download speed of 12-15Kb/s
so is there any way by which i can get the setup.exe file from the .iso.......
and if there isn't ,can anybody download it and post the setup.exe file.................it's a preety good game.....thanks in advance
