How to stop Facebook Spams ?

You know the whole "Buy a new Dell LapTop" one ?
The website hacked me and it's sending out their site to every single one of my friends !
How can I stop this ?

Oh,that one.
You'd better watch out because FaceBook might suspend your account if many ppl report this as spam.
This happened to me once-i used an sort of game collector which sends out comments with a link.It sent out lots of comments in a short time.
Long story short,my account was suspended.
The best way to stop this is to either mark the site as spam,or report it as abuse.
Better still,you can contact the Facebook developers.

go to ACCOUNT SETTINGS
then on the left click APPS
and see if there is a dell app somewhere there
if there is click the X to remove it
