How do I pay the seller through my paypal?

Im having troubles, because today I just put money into my paypal account but I dont have no clue how pay for my item on paypal? Im confused and serious answers please.

The seller should have a paypal email address. Once you get the paypal email from that seller go onto your paypal account and go to the menu "send money" and there should be an option to send money to an email address and an option to select the amount you want to send. Then you just confirm everything and that's it! The money will go directly into their paypal account
