A snitch that hates her found out she smokes weed my bestfrandd smoked about three times this week amd found out today the anitch knew the snitch has one pic that was sent to me an claims has more..... Well, evidence used as a blackmail would be dismissed by the court. She may still get probation if she fails a court-appointed drug test. The snitch would go to juvi for blackmailing. And what the hell is with 13 year olds doing drugs? Besides being expensive it is dangerous. Enough of my ranting.

secondly learn to use the system to your advantage. evidence of drugs require a substance to be tested. they cannot test a digital photograph for drugs they cant test an email for drugs, they cant test a text message for drugs. so they cant prove that whatever was shown in the photo is drugs it may look like weed but so does lots of other stuff.

there is no way in hell the cops look at a picture of something especially a digital picture and test the picture for drugs. its a photo which im assuming she took with a phone and will either email or text to the cops. lmfao can you smell an email? can you use a drug sniffing dog to smell a text message? can you be charged with drug possesion because you read hightimes magazine and it has pictures of weed crops in it? they have to prove there was weed in the picture and they have to prove that with a field test kit they use for drugs or have a lab test it.

how are you going to test the chemical composition of a text message? do you think they can put an email in a laboratory and extract weed residue?
