How do I add pics into fan pages on Facebook?

I wanted to add a pic to Andy Sixx's fan page on Facebook. There's a section called "Photos by others" but I don't know how to put pics in it. Please help?

Log on to the Facebook website and log on to your account.
Look on the left side of the page under the "Applications" menu and click on the "Photos" link. This will bring you to the photos main page where photos of your friends are displayed.
Click on the "Add new photos" button located in the top right side of the page.
Fill out the fields in order to create your album.
Add your photos. A Java application will pop up that allows you to search through the files on your computer and select which photos you want to upload. Select the ones you want and press "Continue."
Write captions on any of the photos that you have uploaded, tag your Facebook friends in these albums, and choose which photo will be the album cover. Once you are finished with this page, press "Save."
