Setting a Facebook background?

Facebook allows me to set a background on my page, but it has to be 400 pixels wide and 150 pixels tall. When I find an image off Google with those exact measurements, it won't let me upload it and it says the same thing. What am I doing wrong?

if you have uploaded an image as requested size. I think it does not matter anymore. I suggest you exit from the page or refresh it and try next time. Other causes maybe, extension name of your image, you don't have sufficient connection to upload image, or etc..

try using some picture editors or the most basic one--PAINT (: Just move it around a bit then change it back to the same size, or a teeny bit smaller. After that just save it, then upload it!
