Please I need help my email is acting weird!?

So I have an instagram and I rarely get instagram emails for some reason. Anyways I had accidentally sign out of my instagram and I had forgot my password. I had asked instagram to send me my password or reset it. However I never got it until I search my email.i saw a message about my email was being switch however the emails look the same so I said okay . However after tries of trying to get my instagram password to reset I notice that the emails were different. One email had the same username as mine however it said @yahoo.co ? I tried signing as that and I was able to get in but I still can't find my instagram reset email? Is this two different emails ?

First of all you have given email address very unwise change it at once and only let you friends and acquientences know it. I think your addresses are different. Next contact yahoo helpline for help.

It's never a good idea to list email addresses or phone numbers on a public forum. These can be harvested for later use by spammers or hackers.
