Change the name of it from Cloud Longtime Recorder to something like : Extended Cloud Recorder, the name with longtime in it is just awkward sounding

There is really nothing about your application or website that I would consider legitimate.

For starters = In the US, you generally need two party authorization to do recording = so I'm guessing you can expect to be swimming in lawsuits... don't think you can be sued in US courts, guess again you are marketing to a US audience.

Just a thought = your product assumes that the Microsoft SkyDrive will be available forever and that people will always be able to retrieve their information. But you have no control over that. MS can take down the product tomorrow and you have no control over that...

Don't you know the basics of providing a trustworthy website? Why didn't you at least implement those concepts.

Just a thought = you know the recordings are not secure, right? Microsoft can take own the Skydrive tomorrow and all the content that is on it could be lost.
