how do i sell my website?

i mean i have a domain and hosting from godaddy.com...its a wordpress website...but i was not using it for long...so i want to sell it...not much traffic.

i want to know if i sell it what all should i transfer to the person who buys it???

If you want to sell your site, one thing to consider is, how much money can your site earn? How many page rank it has? Because people will buy your site based on the money it earns, or pagerank.

However, if you want to sell it, you will transfer the database (.SQL file) and the wp-content folder where your images and them are stored. This said, if your theme or plugins are premium, you should make it clear whether they are "transferrable" or not.

you can list / sell your site & domain on places like flippa and digital point

however, if your site has little traffic or revenues then it's only real value would be age. niche, authority, possibly domain name

what is the domain (URL) and we can all take a look to advise further
