How come my twitter will only show my tweets from a few days ago?

I will go onto my profile and it will only show my tweets from like a week ago and then I click view more tweets and it does the same. Even when I refresh it, it won't show my more recent tweets. Please help?

Twitter is cranky at times and doesn't show tweets correctly. Try using a different platform. Tweetdeck works very well, better than the browser based Twitter webpage. It might clear up your refresh issues.
