Twitter help! I need a good hashtag for a Weight Training for beginners series?

We're doing a series of videos / blogs aimed at teaching the basics for weight training in the gym (which weights to start on, good weights brands, the best exercises etc. etc.)

I want to come up with a good hashtag to accompany it - short but sweet would be best.

There was a makeup artist recently who promoted her videos about foundation with the hashtag '#foundationcourse' - something in this vein, a little pun-y would be great.

I've thought about it so much that I'm going in circles - any ideas?

I would really appreciate the help! No idea is silly here!
