Why does Buddypress not install?

I have installed wordpress on my 000webhost free domain and i have tried installing buddypress and it just says"Installing plugin" and it keeps going on for hours. I have checked my ftp and it's there but it does'nt show up in the installed plugins page. Previously i had Register Redux and i thought that was affecting the install so i deleted it. But still the same? Help........please:-(

I'm not sure why that happens. Maybe it's because of the hosting. It might be slow and takes a lot of time to unzip. Try uploading the decompressed files and folders via ftp to the wp-plugins folder and then install it.
