What version of wordpress blog should I download for my website supporting 5.00 php?
I wanted to add a blog for my website bangaloretaxis.com andMy website supports only 5.00(mb?) of php. I tried anyway to install Wordpress 3.6.1 or whatever it is to my website but it didn't work.
This is the first time I'm trying out Wordpress. I also tried to redirect my blogspot account by to my website by changing the hosting server but it redirected to my main page. I tried googling for the requirements for downloading the older versions of wordpress http://wordpress.org/download/release-archive/ but I cant find it. Ads |

My site (RuslanY.net) is powered by WordPress and is hosted on Windows Azure Web Sites. ... I thought it would be a good test of how WAWS is capable of running ... Note: if you use the old version that you have downloaded from blog ... full support for installing, running and publishing PHP applications.

Wordpress is simple to install and configure and you should always use the latest version as the upgrades fix any vulnerabilities found in earlier versions.
If your hosting account has Cpanel its very easy just to install from within Fantastico in Cpanel.. There's lots of free ebooks & videos on installing & configuring Wordpress - just google for them. |
