These toolbars and other adwares add entries in your registry so they can't be removed easily. Download Malwarebytes Anti-malware and scan your computer with it. I'll help you with removing the toolbars and other malware.

Here's the download link:

You can fully uninstall ask.com toolbar in 3 steps.
I was annoying in uninstalling ask.com toolbar before. It was not listed in the program list of Start Menu and Control Panel. I could not manually delete ask.com toolbar. And it frequently pop up the Advertising message. This was a big trouble. I have searched for many uninstall guides to get rid of ask.com. Maybe you could learn the ask.com toolbar removal tips below:
1. Go to Safe Mode and close all processes related to ask.com toolbar.
2. Download and try ask.com toolbar uninstall tool like Perfect Uninstaller.
3. Find and click "ask.com toolbar" icon on the display list of the uninstaller
3. Click "Uninstall" button to start uninstalling ask.com toolbar.
And you will find you have already deleted ask.com toolbar completely from your computer soon.

Meanwhile, You can see the step-by-step ask.com toolbar removal guides in the YouTube below:
