Wierd Website, what is it?

Ok, so about a year ago, I saw this date written down and as a web adress. I typed it in (as ya do!) and it was the black screen with a timer (I think) to the 'end of the world'. However when you looked at the screen side on, you could see a Chinese kina scary looking women? I DON'T want to be disrespectful cause this us a real site, but what is it????
