Why when i post something on facebook it says via mobile not samsung galaxy?

i downloaded it from android market ,,,, also my sister has the same problem so what to do ?
if i use it from the android app it will say via mobile too

Its not going to write the make and model of the mobile phone you posted it from because facebook doesnt need to. You posted something from your phone and facebook just has o say you posted something from your phone.

use the dedicated fb app... like one available from fb main page... it helped with my samsung chat 3353 set!

You cant change it. It happens because Facebook cant recognize what phone it is but it recognizes that is is a phone so it says via mobile instead. Everyone else who posts on Facebook via phone has the same thing. Its not a big problem.

It only shows what phone it is if you have an Iphone or blackberry. It would say either via Iphone or via Blackberry Smartphone or Tablet. For any other device, it says via mobile. It desont recognize every phone, only the 2 more popular companies.
