People don't feel good about info domains but if an info domain has such statistics is it better in SEO struggle.

The Statistics shows very promising but I am confused how he/she selling the domain for just 100$?
Yes it is true the info domain is a not great one to by for commercial purpose, but the statistics really seems great. I feel you can try it.

Even though a .info domain, the PR is 5 and such is really great. However, make sure that you continue to maintain the site PR through quality and fresh content. Anyway, this is a great choice to go for.
