Question about Facebook pages that spam links?

So I have joined quite a few Facebook pages, but many of them seem to keep posting links to over pages etc.
An example is the RIP Ryan Dunn group, a while after joining the page started (and still does) spam links to other peoples pages and photos of unrelated subjects.

I want to know if it is the actual Facebook page creator who spams these links on the news feed or is it something else?

Its most likley a bot (not a real person) spaming the links
