People might think I'm stupid, being 26 and have no idea what all this stuff is, but oh well.

Is that the stupid thing with the hash tags? Who thought of that?
Nobody ever says on these voice mails, "Press the hash tag button". They say, "Press the pound sign." Both sound stupid, but whatever.

Anyway, for someone who thinks "hash tagging" is stupid, should I eve bother using it?

Twitter is a social website like facebook, you make friends you post videos and pictures you write comments on other peoples profiles

It's a social network optimised for texting - you send SMS messages on your phone and they turn up on your Twitter page. URLs get shortened .

It is a waste of time. I applaud you for not jumping on the social-media bandwagon at your tender age. I had a Facebook account for about a minute and a half. I was spending WAY too much time trying to keep up with who posted what when. Deleted my account about five years ago and have not regretted it for one second. Good for you! Save your time for actual interactions with people.
