I mean, he already has Facebook and why does he need to buy? He can download it right? ANd just 19$? MY DOGE'S CHEW TOY IS EXPENSIVER THAN THAT. Do you think anyone can buy it from him? How?

What is the procedure to contact Mark? Please tell me I want to get famous

He doesn't want to "download" the app, he wants to "own" the whole Instagram business. He sees money in them internet hills.
