Get working on your speech now! I know its hard to balance but school should always be your first priority everything else should come after

It sounds like you have too much on your plate with your given your time management skills. With your set skills, you wont be able to handle all that you are trying to complete. I mean, if you fail school, your part time job is kind of waste?
Part time job+failing school (waste of money) would cost the same amount to not have any job and getting an A in school, right?
You could try waking up earlier? Waking up 3 hours earlier can truly make a difference. Or Cutting your hours at work? Do you spend a lot of time on social media? Maybe you should delete your twitter, facebook, pinterest, atleast until you get your grades up. Do work before you go to the gym! It can be hard to skip the gym, but ultimately your school work should come first. You always may want to shorten work outs to a hard 20 minutes rather than hour+ work outs.

Use a kitchen cooking time with one hour on the timer's clock face. It is very inexpensive and it may help to improve your grades in certain subjects.

If you want to study for one-half hour, set the time. When it has gone for 30 minutes, it will sound a short ring. Take a short break and reset the timer. One can do this for each subject where you have work to do or when you want to time your other activities. By the way, you can check to see if your other activities can be reduced as well. Those are your choices. Good luck.

I was a college professor of education.
