I accidentally favored someone's tweet that I know (were not friends on twitter) it show up in there?
Will it get removed on their account once I've removed from mine? I looked and it's still there. How do I delete it on there page?

Nope. I've done it before. Just unfavorite it. They may know, but it does notify them.

You will easily remove it just go to their profile and remove your tweet. Don't worry, it's happening some time.
