mobile similar to nokia asha?

j am about to buy a mobile, but the budget is a bit low. its around Rs. 4000-Rs. 5000.
Nokia Asha is a good option for that, but I want an android phone to access Instagram and other apps.

The following features must be there;
wifi, good loudspeaker, android smartphone, dual camera.
I searched up for Karbonn and Micromax Bolt too, but they had quite bad reviews.

So, which phone would suit best the budget and the requirement?

1.Please do not go for Micromax, Karbon or Lemon their product quality is not upto the mark and these firms are simply re-branding chinse phones with very few quality checks. Their Service ceners are virtually non-existent and their after sales servicing and customer support to put it humbly is simply pathetic.

2.In your budget their is no company( reputed) that sells android phones with dual camera.
3.The only android phone in your budget from a reputed company is Samsung galaxy Star ( price R.S 4800 approx) other option are their but they a little over your budget Samsung Galaxy Chat B-5330 (price R.S 5700), Samsung Galaxy Young S-6312 (price R.S 7500--Its the best android phone in sub 8500 it has 1GHz processor 512MB Ram android 4.1 jellybean and best screen size and quality in this price range).
5. I would strongly suggest you to strongly refrain yourself from buying a low cost android phone as most of them don't have 3G, very slow WIFI speed, low screen quality, overall low hardware quality and most applications and games don't run on these phone these sub 6000 category android struggle to do multitasking.

4. Instead I would suggest you to wait for some time as Nokia is coming out with revolutionary New Asha 501 its a whole new Asha platform i was at the World launch of the phone at Delhi This May it completely blows the old Asha phones in terms of build, screen quality as well as in operating system all future Asha phones will follow the same platform. (Go and check out the phone on the nokia website).
