Netflix for Wii slows down the entire wi-fi network?

In my house, we have two routers and four Wi-Fi networks.

Whenever my sister loads up Netflix on her Wii with the disc, she uses one of the networks, but it slows down all four of them to the point where the best computer in the house can hardly stream a video on the lowest setting.

I am almost positive that it is the Wii because the lag only happens when she's using it, and I have experienced this for quite a while. Are there any ways to fix this, besides not using Netflix??

Netflix traffic can be hefty so will always reduce network bandwidth.
