Both have their own features to provide benefits to users. Both are best in their way, it depends upon you only, which one you can handle easily. Blogger have handy features while Wordpress needs a little technical efforts.
Both are other's property until you make your blog customize with the help of custom domain name. Blogger users love blogger and Wordpress users love WP as well.
