What is your opinion on the "Cancer is funny because people die" page on Facebook?

Do you think it is breaking any facebook conditions? Any laws?

Personally, as much as I hate the page, I find absolutely nothing wrong with it. It breaks no laws or terms of condition. What is your opinion on it?

Breaks no laws but that's just dum, i'm just happy someone reported it to every single place he possibly can, it seriously isnt funny at all

Its not illegal but i think whoever made the page is pathetic and messed up in the head and only wants attention

It's fine by me. You cannot stop people from having opinions, even if they are really mean and weird ones. I wouldn't be friends with those people probably, but they are allowed to have that opinion if they want to.

So, here's my opinion:

I think it is morally wrong, but perhaps legally it is fine. I don't think there is legal ground as such to get it removed unless new legislation is passed.

However, I do think this:

The makers of the page are loving every single bit of it. The entire reason they set this up in the first place, was (probably) to see how many people it would get talking - they don't care how many threats they get, they don't care how many people they hurt, they don't care about how many complaints are made; they care about the twisted ego boost they get from knowing they've caused uproar.

And by discussing it, signing petitions, sending hateful comments in reply etc, we are actually losing by giving this guy/gal exactly what he/she wants. The best way to destroy this page and the ego of whoever created it would be not to bat an eyelid. But that won't happen.
