What to do when someone creates a fake profile under your name?

Someone created a fake profile under my old username on Instagram. I'm not sure if this is illegal or not but I really need help on what to do. They are following kids from my school and they have taken all my pictures from my actual profile to their fake one. Please help... Thanks!! (I know I can report them but only one person reporting a profile won't get the job done...)

It's not illegal, but trying to pass oneself off as someone else (fraud) is.

They can use whatever username they want. Them using your pictures though, you can report that and they should be removed- posing as someone else is not permitted.
