My sister was stalking her ex through my account (even though her ex and I aren't friends on FB) and she accidentally hit the follow button of her ex's page! She unfollowed him after she realized what she did but now I'm afraid he's gonna think I'M the psycho one! Will he get a notification saying that I followed him? Does unfollow make it seem like it never happened??

The answer is NO. He will not get a notification saying that you followed him. If he checks his followers that's the only time he will know that you are following him. Just simply go to his profile and click UNFOLLOW or UNSUBSCRIBE if you want so.
