Why didn't I recieve a confirmation email for my order?
I ordered a batch of yarn from knitpicks for their black friday week sale, and I haven't received a confirmation email and its been 5 days, should I need to order again?

Contact the site and ask what happened. Maybe the order didn't go through.

Don't order again until you call their customer service number at 1-800-574-1323, that will save you a hassle in the long run.
