Are there any websites that you can advertise a pet for free?

There is an app called pics for pets and i thought it would be cool, but of course you need a Facebook to even take a picture. So basically i want a website where you can take a pic give their description and such and put it up for everyone to see. I don't have a facebook so if you need one for it i won't be able to use it. This cat is absolutely gorgeous and sweet and because i have a dog i cant get it, but i would really like it to get a nice loving home! :)please help me and thank you in advance!
I REALLY dont.... Want craigslist.... Ive seen so many pictures of animals sold on there being beaten. Besides this cat belongs to the shelter not me
