How do I add a picture only to family?

I want to add a picture of my Mother, Father, and Brother to family. None of them are on facebook, and one is deceased. They are listed in my family section, now I want to put a picture beside their name. How can I do this?
I have tried to add a picture in "family", but there is no option to do that.
I make a mistake in voting the first reply as the best answer, so please disregard this, I hit the wrong icon. It is a good answer, but I am waiting to see if I get anymore. Thanks.

I know if you made separate profiles for them would work, but that's pointless. Does it give you the option to post a comment on it? Maybe post a picture on it?
