Dell Audio sounds junky?
So, I've got the Dell XPS 8700. It comes with Dell audio which I currently have disabled because it sounds so crappy with no bass. This confuses me because my speakers are the Logitech Z623's and have a lot of power to bump bass, it doesn't seem to matter if I raise the bass in Dell Audio it just makes it sound junky still instead of a nice smooth clear bass. Anybody have any ideas?
The Computer was just recently purchased, I believe the newest audio driver is in it.
Also, when I disable Dell Audio and let it play without Maxxsense it sounds fine again, once I enable it, back to junk bassless

Hi Victor,

I am Kaveri from the Dell Social Media Outreach team.

You can update latest Audio drivers from Dell support website to resolve this issue. Please find the link below for the same.

Link:- http://dell.to/1hadXqu

1) Enter the Service Tag and press submit button. ( You can find the service tag at the bottom of the laptop on white sticker, it’s a seven digit alphanumeric code which ends with BS or number 1.)
2) Click on Drivers and Downloads.
3) Choose the Operating system.
4) Click on Audio driver and download it.

In case of any further assistance Please feel free to contact me directly by sending a reply to this blog.
We would recommend you do not post your private information on a public forum.

Thanks & Regards
KaveriD
