I met a boy on Saturday (today being tuesday) and we were all out with some friends. Our friend grou are huggers I'll say ahah well he was giving me a cuddly hug when sitting on a bench with friends and I had already thought he was cute. Later on we were hugging again then he started to hold my hand and we held hands a lot that day then while waiting for my friend's dad to pick us up, we were hugging for a long time and he was resting his head on mine (he is super tall) and then we hugged everyone goodbye before we left and I hugged him last out of the group and as I was walking away he said 'I'll miss you' I think I have a little crush on him now and I want to talk to him on Facebook but really scared to. He liked my profile picture yesterday and I got tempted to message him but didn't. How can I get courage because I think I kind of like him ?
I did only get out of a relationship a month ago but I think I am ready to try and start something fresh.

I would say that you should just say hi, nothing can go wrong but you'd still be hesitant to do so, right?

So what I usually do when I'm too shy to say hi is just to type out the message first. That way, you'll be less inclined to back out of messaging him since the message is already there. Then, I would just force myself to hit the send button. Don't do it slowly, you'll have more time to back out. Closing your eyes while doing this helps ease the anxiety I think haha. Also, while waiting for the reply, you can also lessen your anxiety by keeping your mind away from it by doing something else.

After doing this a few times, you'll be less scared to do this and it will be easier for you. All the best!
