how to report a bad landlord?

I've been living in a studio in my landlords backyard that is a garage converted into a living space. I have a horrible rat and possum problem and when i tell my landlord to call the pest control he just gives me rat poison and refuses to call pest control. My stairs are horribly made and theyre completely rotted so they feel like theyre gonna break any day. We have gas leaks, leaky faucets, Holes in the walls that are either filled in with foam, boarded over, or taped and painted over, and a million other problems. Everything about my apartment is totally illegal, it should be condemned. im moving out and i would like to report my landlord. Who do i go to to make sure he cant rent this shack out to any other unsuspecting tenants?

Just put it on Facebook, & Twitter it where-EVER You Can... He'll "figure it Out"- when can't find Anyone to Rent the Dump- anymore !!
