My Facebook home page does't show the Status box ?????? Help !!!!!?

Its happening recently when facebook added new profile features. I cant see the status box on my home page any more instead I need to go to my profile and then post my status. its irritating.. and also My home page don't show the Find Friends option like regular.. It just shows Home and Profile buttons on the top. I checked others account they have Find Friends option on home page but I don't?? Why??
I tried Facebook help center but they don't have any topic regarding it.. how can I contact facebook developers?? Or I want to reopen my account PLz help I will appreciate...
@ Sunny But my brothers account shows 'Find Friends' option.. but not mine? Is this change is for both of us only?

Mine's the same. It's the 'improved' facebook. -_-
They change them all at varied intervals i dunno why, so yeah, we're stuck with that untill they make yet another crappy 'improvement'

The new facebook should have a link saying "Update Status", when you click on it, the status box appears (if you are on the home screen).
Find Friends link is located in that tab where you accept/decline invitation. The dropdown shows up, "Find Friends" is right on top.
