It will always be a cat-and-mouse game... There will be places known for illegal stuff to be traded, and then comes the police and then boom... Next one will pop up like a 'whack-a-mole' days later, and there you go again. It's still illegal. If you're just watching out of curiosity, you better be careful, you will show up on the logs of the server, and if the police is using that to track down buyers you might have some bad visits on your doorstop re. explaining what you did there...
