How do i put a link to a page on my facebook profile picture?

Ok, so say a facebook page was "dinasour" or something, how do i put that on my pictures description? Because ive seen others do it, and it comes up in blue writing, and when you click on it it directs you to the page aswell?

make a dinorsore page and link it with setting

in the description put @dinasour (or whatever the page is called) and then click the correct link then press save this should work for you
