I need help with browser related problems?

for about 2 months two of the desktops on our comp have had trouble with browser stuff when you pull up your browser(internet explorer is what we use)the search bar is blank the tool bars are blank I have tried putting things in the search bars and trying to access things through favorites also other aplications work like MMOs and stuff The other desktops have no problems

Check to see what your privacy settings are for browsing, history, etc. It may be removing things you put on or do as if it thinks its a public computer like in a library or something.
