Question about newegg?
How big is the chance of getting something DOA or broken (I am ordering computer parts to build a computer, computer case, mouse, keyboard, and a LCD monitor.

I've been using New Egg for many years. They have an excellent record. They pack their products well. And in case of a problem they have excellent support.

I bought all or most of the parts of the computer I built from them, and they pack stuff very well. I have been buying parts from them for years. They pack better and better! Big Grin
