how to reach facebook?

I am 48 yrs old and I am constantly being harassed by my husband's ex wife. We have been married for 23yrs. She has always behaved like this but I've always managed to shut her out. I really enjoy my fb I have family all over the place. My mom has Alzheimer's and in a care facility up where my sister lives and we go through fb allot. I know some people say just delete your account. That's just allowing another bully to continue on. I have reported this to fb at least 2 dozen times over the past year. The new way they are doing the reporting is much better. However it still does not work or stop the harassment or bulling. So my question is. Does anyone know a way to directly contact someone at fb? go onto their facebook profile and click block and you will no longer be able to get any messages from her. if you really do want to contact facebook then scroll to the bottom of any facebook page and click developers.

Facebook has 750 million users worldwide and only about 2000 employees. That's one employee for every 375,000 users. And most of these employees do not work in Customer Service.

You have a better chance of getting hit by lightning ....and surviving...than you do getting a real live person at Facebook to talk too.

Could this be a matter for law enforcement? Restraining order?
