Is my FB account being hacked? Places editor?

Well for Some reason,
a notificating popped up onto my Facebook that said "Your suggestion has been made for This Page", Even though I had never made a suggestion for it. I then checked my edit history and noticed that there were some suggestions I had not made, mere minutes ago. Has somebody accessed my account at all? I am very nervous about this and just want to be sure my account is safe. Somebody please help me!

you can changed your fb password and your privacy can be edit as only me . that's it .

It may be possible that your account had been compromised. First change your password and give a strong password.

Don't use Facebook app which has not been verified. Because it was seemed that app makers can see users info. Hackers developed app by which they can get information about users. So beware of that.
